Preparing the Communion Loaf

	"Just in case of accidents---make two loaves"
	"Slow cooking is one of the secrets to a good loaf"
	"If the loaf has air bubble(s) after baking, place a flat heavy object on it for a few minutes --  it will flatten as it cools."
	If you bake multiple loaves, you may freeze the rest and have enough for the month.
