cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
nutmeg or cinnamon
Dash of salt
Cut carrots in thick
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in boiler, cover & cook for
10-15 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Uncover & cook until heavy syrup is
formed. (Be careful not to burn!)
