Crockpot Baked Potatoes

 

bullet6  (good sized) potatoes
bullet6  slices  butter, 1 slice for each potato
bulletGarlic Salt
bulletParmesan Cheese
bulletScrub potatoes good
bulletSlice each potato down the middle, not all the way through, lengthwise, then
slice 3 times at an angle from side to side, again not cutting all the way
down
bulletTake a slice of butter & place inside each potato
bulletSprinkle with garlic salt & Parmesan cheese
bulletWrap each potato in aluminum foil
bulletPlace all potatoes inside crockpot
bulletTurn on LOW for 6 to 8 hours
bulletComment:  These are wonderful!  I cook these in one crockpot while my main
course is cooking in my other crockpot.  Dinner around my house is HEAVENLY!
